Hello all,
From the B2B Integration cockpit it is not possible to choose Trading Partner Management, it is disabled (greyed out).
The other possible selections works fine, i.e. OFTP Log Viewer, NRO Maintenance, EDI Content Manager.
The version of the B2B addon toolkit is SP02.
Has anyone experienced this problem? What could be the reason?

I am working on communication setup with on of the bank's SFTP server using GXS.
I am able to successfully make a connection using WinSCP. The process that was followed was to login to the sftp server using the key on WinSCP, provide the Remote Directory as /DEFT-DEFT-A:/*BIN/ and log in ( which translates to CD DEFT-DEFT-A:/*BIN/ in Putty )
it takes me to a folder structure as
/<root>
USERID
DEFT-DEFT-A:
*BIN
It seems *BIN is letting the server know that we are sending the file in binary format. I could not find an option for file format on SFTP Adapter.
Using WinSCP I am able to drop a file as well. But the problem is when I try using PI to drop to connect to the same server, the log on the communication channel is

I do not understand if the file transfer is failing or the login it self was unsuccessful. Can someone help me in understanding the issue or what am I doing wrong here.

I am getting lot of views like to read document /details/blogs ,though i could see few.
I am not getting answers to doubts i am having.I am trying to configure sender channel.
Scenario is : Partner sending a sale order file and i am going to decrypt using B2B addon AS2.
Then decode information to create a purchase order on my system.
What is my own AS2 name ?
I conclude give anything i like.I do not get any F4 help either for same which means config doesnot happen in PO.
I have no hint of what my AS2 name is.
Expected Url: I made my AS2 url public and gave this url
Also I could generate CSR request but import CSR response gives an error.I beleive the file obtained has to be first made verisigned
secure and then imported.Not sure about this too.Created private key and certificate.Is private key name called AS2 name?.But then will i tell same
to my partner ?
There is no end to end document for this.
What is own AS2 name concerning sap PO ?
Where do you exactly need to mention same ?
Suppose i use own AS2 name 'X' in defining communication channel (sender),does that mean i have to use same view name when i create private key and certificate?.
Or is it vice versa that i give any name as AS2 in communication channel ,communicate same to my partner and he will generate certificate using my name and key that i send him ?
Hi Experts,
My scenario is ECC(IDOC) ->SAP PI B2B Addon -> OFTP Receiver. SAP PI 7.4 version is in place. PI needs to send the ALEAUD response back to the
ECC system after it receives the IDOC. IDOC sender channel is configured to send the system acknowledgments back to ECC.
Issue is: When I configure the OFTP channel as the receiver, SAP PI is not sending the ALEAUD message back to ECC. I tried configuring a File channel as the Receiver and I see the ALEAUD message is sent back to ECC and the IDOC are in 39 (Green Status). Without the ALEAUD message, the IDOCs in ECC are in 03 status (In Processing).
Please let me know if any additional configuration required in the OFTP channel to send the ALEAUD message back to ECC.

I need to understand EDI better.
Recently i got a document from Walmart.
We need to do implementation being a supplier to walmart.
Walmart will send us Purchase order and we need to create Sale order.
Further they have mentioned we need to obtain gem mailbox and
do as2 exchange of information.
On other side they have written sender pushes purchase order to reciever being walmart.
I am bowled out to understand if i need to connect to mailbox from my own to read purchase orders or is it
that i have to wait for purchase orders to come to my edi subsystem which may be SAP PI/PO
and do further handling with B2B addon or Seeburger something ?
Document has a dual information or somewhere i lack in concept.
Has anybody face this scenario.Kindly respond.
I will be glad if someone is already engaged in such business flow and explain here.

I've a sender file adapter picking up an EDI file and a receiver EDISeparator channel receiving it. Dummy interfaces and no mapping involved.
No extra modules were used on both the sender and receiver adapter.
When I check the receiver EDISeparator channel, I get this error: no ruleset available (for my specific EDI message).
I also configured a sender EDISeparator channel:
Within this sender adapter, I used module localejbs/EdifactConverterModule
What am I missing here?

We are in the process of migrating our Gentran EDI Interfaces to SAP PI. We have been using Seeburger AS2 adapter for an external non-EDI connection. But, to migrate all the EDI interfaces full fledge, which is the better choice - Seeburger (we still need to buy BIC module) or Crossgate or B2B Addons? We would like to implement/maintain these interfaces internally and not outsource it to SAP totally. So, please suggest the best option with the proper justification.

We've followed the blog http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI/Generating+SSH+Keys+for+SFTP+Adapters+-+Type+2 to generate the SFTP keys for PI server. We've successfully generated the SFTP Public and Private keys for our SFTP Sender Adapter and could refer the Private Key View SFTP_TEST and the associated private key sftp_key in the SFTP sender adapter. Private Key is also uploaded at /usr/sap/P1D/SYS/global/SFTPKeys (Notsure if this is really required as the keys are already mentioned in NWA key store)... and we've shared our public key to our SFTP vendor to upload it on the SFTP server (uploaded successfully there as well)
But, when I activate the sender SFTP communication channel, its failing with the error 'Exception Received: com.jcraft.jschException: Auth cancel'
Is this due to the key upload path issue - bcoz Keys are not matching? Is there any other bean or param I need to mention in the sender SFTP channel? Please guide.

I have the following requirement in a B2B process.
Purchase Orders are coming from 3rd party system to ECC through IDoc (type ORDERS05) and creating Sales Order. Whenever an Orderchage is coming, I have to check whether some fields (which are maintained in a custom config table) value are changed. If yes, I have to stop processing of this IDoc and stage it for review. (IDoc's will be picked up for review through another program). eg: VBAP-Qty field may be maintained in the custom table, so I have to check the Qty in the Purchase Order change IDoc. I am facing issue here to compare the fields becuase the fields in Purchase Order and Sales Order are different. Could anyone please let me know how to achieve this??? 
I cannot do this comparison inside standard inbound function module IDOC_INPUT_ORDCHG becuase I need this as a re-usable function.

Hi All,
When I execute SFTP sender communication channel I am not getting error but my proxy is not getting triggered(even I checked with external debugger).
When i checked in the Runtime workbench im getting this message
"Channel SFTPSenderLoanData with id 828d4a7952fa3cc7b758175ebebca416 started at 7/18/12 5:02 AM, next Execution scheduled at 7/28/12 3:02 PM" which is in the status success.
Why my proxy is not getting triggered ???

During transmission of 700 message 300 messages are processed and remaining are failed due to 'Exception caught by adapter framework: STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK-input_not_correct' error. Unable to find the root cause. Can anyone help me out how find the cause .

Please help in forming regular expression for Filename in SFTP adapter.
I tried with [a-zA-Z0-9_], [a-zA-Z0-9_].*, [a-zA-Z0-9_].txt ...etc, which didn't worked.
The following are the different type of files available in same directory
CPT_PO_TEXT_%02-06-09%_%15-28-50%.txt
P20120927060000.xls
APZ_20120927_T05D.csv
AIMS_POL_151209_1741.TXT
The numeric values change day by day and have configured 4 sender comm channels.
Please let me know what pattern can be used to pick above mentioned files along with its extensions.

While doing the POC, I faced the following error :

I want PER to populate only when BT_ST_Code= "BT". This mapping is done and the target structure is populating correctly. The problem is Name and Phone is not populating correctly. I am testing with a input which has 3 different PO_numbers, sometimes Name appears in all 3 output orders but Phone does not come and vice versa.
My mapping on Name
If BT_ST_Code="BY" then Name = Buyer_Name
and on Phone is
If BT_ST_Code="BY" then Phone = Buyer_Phone
I have tried to play with context but did not help. The problem is i cannot see the queues because its 1:N mapping.
